Fresh new additions to the Spring & Summer Menu at Pacific Catch! A new season brings new flavors to explore. Choose from the fresh and vibrant latin chimi bowl, a bright burst of heat from their aji amarillo “Fresh Catch” style and the craveable comfort of their take on patatas bravas. 

Latin Chimichurri Bowl 

Grilled Kanpachi Yellowtail, yukon gold potato, roasted cauliflower, avocado, salsa criolla, fresh herb chimichurri, aji amarillo aioli. Base: mixed greens with red quinoa.

Peruvian Aji Amarillo Fresh Catch

Your choice of Salmon, Kanpachi Yellowtail or Striped Sea Bass, tomato-chile sauce, salsa criolla, and two sides 

Peruvian “Patatas Bravas”

Yukon gold potato, tomato bravas sauce, aji amarillo, salsa criolla, cotija cheese 

Pineapple “Right Side Up” Cake 

Brown butter cake, caramelized grilled pineapple, whipped cream, caramel sauce, maraschino cherry

Chocolate Lava Cake 

Molten chocolate cake, powdered sugar, seasonal berry garnish
