Big Greek Salad
Opa! Slow-roasted cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, Kalamata olives, red onions, green peppers, and fresh mint tossed with crisp romaine and our housemade lemon-herb vinaigrette. Topped with creamy Feta slices, zesty pepperoncinis, EVOO, and wild Greek oregano.
Salmon Baked in Parchment
North Atlantic salmon paired with broccolini, roasted tomatoes, Kalamata olives, capers, wild Greek oregano, and fresh garlic. Drizzled with EVOO, and topped with lemon, basil, and slivered scallions. Baked to perfection in our hearth oven. Dish will come wrapped in parchment paper to seal in the flavors. Tear open to enjoy!
Mediterranean Pizza
Layered with grilled zucchini, slow-roasted tomatoes, red onions, Kalamata olives, Parmesan cheese, and EVOO. Finished with creamy Feta, wild Greek oregano, and drizzled with housemade Tzatziki.
