Ingredients
- 2 oz. Redemption High Rye Bourbon Whiskey
- 1 1/2 oz. Baron de Casterac
- 3/4 oz. grapefruit juice
- Ginger Beer to taste
- Grapefruit zest and rosemary sprig (optional) to garnish
Instructions
- Add Bourbon, raspberry liqueur, and grapefruit juice to shaker tin, add ice, and shake.
- Strain into a double old fashioned glass filled with ice.
- Top with a splash – or more – of ginger beer.
- Garnish with a grapefruit zest and (optional) sprig of rosemary.
