Ingredients
- 1.5 oz McFarlane’s Reserve
- 0.75 oz Knight Gabriello Rosso Amaro or Campari
- 1.5 oz pineapple juice
- 0.75 oz simple syrup
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- Pineapple wedge to garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker tin, add ice, and shake hard
- Strain into a double old fashioned glass filled with ice
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge
- (optional: for added refreshment top with a glug of club soda)
