1.5 oz Akori Cherry Blossom Gin

0.75 oz Vincenzi Grapefruit Rose

0.5 oz Simple Syrup

3.0 oz Sparkling Rose

Grapefruit zest for garnish
Instructions:

Add all the ingredients to a wine glass and add ice

Stir gently to combine

Garnish with a grapefruit zest (and a cherry blossom if you can)
