Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Akori Cherry Blossom Gin 

• 0.75 oz Vincenzi Grapefruit Rose 

• 0.5 oz Simple Syrup 

• 3.0 oz Sparkling Rose 

• Grapefruit zest for garnish 

Instructions:

• Add all the ingredients to a wine glass and add ice

• Stir gently to combine 

• Garnish with a grapefruit zest (and a cherry blossom if you can)
